排烟管与附件的安装
Installation of smoke exhaust pipe and accessories
1、排烟管宜采用钢管或铸铁管。当采用焊接钢管时，其壁厚应大于3mm；管道连接宜采用焊接。当采用法兰连接时，法兰面应平整，并应有密封槽；法兰之间应衬垫耐热胶垫。
1. The smoke exhaust pipe should be steel pipe or cast iron pipe. When welded steel pipe is used, its wall thickness shall be greater than 3mm; Welding should be adopted for pipe connection. When flange connection is adopted, the flange surface shall be flat and have sealing groove; Heat resistant rubber gasket shall be lined between flanges.
2、埋设于混凝土内的铸铁排烟管，宜采用法兰连接。
2. Cast iron smoke exhaust pipe buried in concrete should be connected by flange.
3、排烟管应沿轴线方向设置热胀补偿器。单向套管伸缩节应与前后排烟管同心。柴油机排烟管与排烟总管的连接段应有缓冲设施。
3. The smoke exhaust pipe shall be provided with thermal expansion compensator along the axis direction. The one-way casing expansion joint shall be concentric with the front and rear smoke exhaust pipes. The connecting section between the diesel engine exhaust pipe and the main exhaust pipe shall have buffer facilities.
4、排烟管的安装，应符合下列规定：
4. The installation of smoke exhaust pipe shall meet the following requirements:
（1）坡度应大子0.5％，放水阀应设在最低处；
(1) The gradient shall be 0.5% and the drain valve shall be set at the lowest position;

（3）当排烟管穿越隔墙时，其周围空隙应采用石棉绳填充密实；

（4）排烟管与排烟道连接处，应预埋带有法兰及密闭翼环的密闭穿墙短管
