1.抗压强度
1. Compressive strength
抗压强度是材料受到压缩力作用破坏时,每单位原始横截面上承受的最大压力负荷。保温材料的种类很多,材质不同抗压强度标准也不一样。挤塑板抗压强度可达150-500KPa(千帕),市场上一般的挤塑板产品抗压强度在250KPa左右。
Compressive strength is the maximum pressure load per unit of original cross-section when the material is damaged by compressive force. There are many kinds of thermal insulation materials, and different compressive strength standards of different materials are also different. The compressive strength of extruded board can reach 150-500kpa, and the compressive strength of general extruded board products on the market is about 250kPa.
2.吸水率
2. water absorption
吸水率低是挤塑板材的突出优点。例如,建筑外墙保温系统的吸水率越低,热阻的长期保留率越高,保温性能越持久。且吸水率越低,在一定条件下由结露而带来的风险会更小。
Low water absorption is the outstanding advantage of extruded sheet. For example, the lower the water absorption, the higher the long-term retention of thermal resistance, and the longer the insulation performance. And the lower the water absorption, the smaller the risk of condensation under certain conditions.
国家标准中规定,对带表皮且抗压强度在250KPa及以上的的挤塑板,吸水率要求小于1.0%,对不带表皮且抗压强度在200KPa及以上的的挤塑板,吸水率要求小于1.5%。对于吸水率标准要求,市面上销售的挤塑板基本都可以做到。
According to the national standard, for Extruded Boards with skin and compressive strength of 250kPa and above, the water absorption is required to be less than 1.0%; for extruded boards without skin and compressive strength of 200KPa and above, the water absorption is required to be less than 1.5%. For the standard requirements of water absorption, the extruded boards sold on the market can be basically achieved.
3.导热系数
3. Thermal conductivity
通常把导热系数较低的材料称为保温材料。导热系数不大于0.12W/(m·K)的材料统称为保温材料,而把导热系数在0.05 W/(m·K)以下的材料称为高效保温材料。
Generally, the material with low thermal conductivity is called thermal insulation material. Materials with a thermal conductivity of no more than 0.12W / (m · K) are collectively referred to as thermal insulation materials, while materials with a thermal conductivity of less than 0.05W / (m · K) are referred to as high-efficiency thermal insulation materials.
国家标准中规定,平均温度在25℃时,挤塑板导热系数应小于0.029 W/(m·K)。相比其他同类材料,挤塑板在隔热保温方面有更明显的优势.
According to the national standard, when the average temperature is 25 ℃, the thermal conductivity of extruded sheet should be less than 0.029 w / (m · K). Compared with other similar materials, extruded board has more obvious advantages in heat insulation.
4.防火等级
4. Fire rating
现行标准中,建筑保温材料防火分4个等级:
In the current standard, the fire protection of building insulation materials is divided into four grades:
A级(不燃)、B1级(难燃)、B2级(可燃)、和B3级(易燃)。挤塑板属于有机材料,防火分3个等级:B1级(难燃)、B2级(可燃)和B3级(易燃)。
Class A (non combustible), Class B1 (non combustible), class B2 (combustible), and class B3 (combustible). Extruded board belongs to organic materials, and its fire protection is divided into three grades: B1 (flame retardant), B2 (combustible) and B3 (combustible).
GB/T10801.2-2002标准中规定,挤塑板执行B2级。目前绝大多数地区都使用至少B2级的挤塑板。
According to GB / t10801.2-2002, the Extrusion board shall be class B2. At present, most of the areas use at least B2 class extrusion plate.
【小窍门】火源顺挤塑板边缘燃烧1分钟以上,离火自熄是B1级,离火后10多秒熄灭是B2级。B3级是指不添加任何阻燃剂的挤塑板。
[tips] if the fire source burns along the edge of the Extrusion board for more than 1 minute, the self extinguishing of the fire is Class B1, and the extinguishing of the fire more than 10 seconds after the fire is class B2. Class B3 refers to extruded board without any flame retardant.
