挤塑板应用现状
1、去皮处理。普通挤塑板表皮为光面,其表皮与胶粘剂及抹面砂浆的可粘接性很差。一方面可使表面粗糙均匀有利粘贴,其与胶粘剂和抹面砂浆的拉伸黏结强度、耐水和耐冻融强度均在0.25MPa以上,大大提高了系统的黏结力,加大了可靠性。另一方面也通过去皮处理均匀释放了一定量的内部应力。
1. Peeling treatment. The surface of ordinary Extrusion board is smooth, and its adhesion to adhesives and plastering mortar is poor. On the one hand, it can make the surface rough and uniform, and the tensile bond strength, water resistance and freeze-thaw resistance of the system with adhesives and plastering mortar are all above 0.25 MPa, which greatly improves the bond strength of the system and enhances the reliability. On the other hand, a certain amount of internal stress is evenly released by peeling treatment.
2、国标情况。挤塑板的应用还没有一本国家的有关标准。由此多少应用方都借用膨胀聚苯板的技术标准。2009年6月,上海建科院和国家建筑标准设计院联合组织编制挤塑板抹灰外墙外保温系统的技术标准,同时由可耐福公司编制的国标08CJ16《挤塑板保温系统建筑构造》也于2009年8月在国家建筑标准设计院进行修编。行业内正在努力加强挤塑板的应用规范和标准,从而来保证挤塑板在外墙外保温中的合理使用。

国标中规定去皮型挤塑板的尺寸稳定性≤2.0%,可耐福针对这一点做过一些研究,通过外墙外保温系统在一定面积范畴设置伸缩缝,即可有效地释放系统各层的变形。

3、尺寸稳定性。行业里多认为挤塑板用于外墙外保温由于尺寸稳定性差,会因气候的影响而导致其尺寸变形,最终导致饰面层涂料开裂,不如EPS系统。实际上我们可以从系统中的三种材料的弹性模量来看,砂浆约为15500MPa,EPS约为4~6MPa,XPS约为7~9MPa。虽然EPS弹性模量比XPS略小,但与砂浆弹性模量相比,EPS与XPS挤塑板都属于同一数量级,材料相互之间的约束不会有本质的改变。也就不存在砂浆对EPS的约束比对XPS的约束效果更好的说法,而诸多的工程实例也证实此效果。
3. Dimensional stability.
