1、安装保温板。标准板规格尺寸为300*300，对角线误差小于3mm，如需切割可采用小型切割锯切割，保温板尺寸允许偏差为±2;网格布翻包：门窗洞口、变形缝两侧等处粘网格布，总宽度约200，翻包部分宽度为80，具体做法如下：网格布裁剪长度为180加板厚。首先在翻包部位抹长度为80宽度为2的专用粘结剂，然后压入80长的网格布，余下的甩出备用;将配置好的专用粘结剂涂抹在复合发泡水泥板的背后，粘结剂压实厚度约为3，为保证粘结牢固，最好采用满沾法，也可采用条粘法和条点法。
1. Install insulation board. 2、安装固定。固定件在保温板粘贴8小时后开始安装，并在其后24小时内完成。按设计要求的位置用冲击钻钻孔，孔径10，钻入基层墙体深度约为60，固定件锚入基层墙体的深度约为50，以确保牢固可靠;固定件个数按每块板设置一个，自攻螺丝应挤紧并将工程塑料膨胀钉帽与复合发泡水泥板表面齐整或略拧入一些，确保膨胀钉尾部回拧，使其与基层墙体充分锚固。
2. Installation and fixation. Fixers are installed 8 hours after the insulation board is pasted, and completed within 24 hours thereafter. Percussion drilling is used to drill holes with 10 aperture, 60 depth of drilling into base wall and 50 depth of anchoring parts into base wall in order to ensure firmness and reliability. The number of fixtures is set up according to each board. Self-tapping screw should be squeezed tightly and the surface of engineering plastic expansion screw cap and composite foamed cement board should be tightened or slightly twisted in order to ensure that the tail of expansion screw is screwed back to make it and reliable. The base wall is fully anchored.
3、打磨。保温板接缝不平处应用粗砂纸打磨，动作为轻柔的圆周运动，不要沿着与板接缝平行的方向打磨;打磨后及时将浮灰用刷子清理干净;根据设计要求用墨线弹出需要做线角的位置，并进行水平和竖直方向校正;凹线角使用开槽器将板切成凹口，凹口最薄处不小于15;凸线角应按设计尺寸切割后，在线角及对应保温板两面刷界面剂一道，再涂满专用粘接剂，使其粘贴牢固。抹底层聚合物砂浆。
3. Grinding. Coarse sand paper is used to grind the uneven joints of the insulation board, and the action is gentle circular motion, not to grind along the direction parallel to the joints of the board; the floating ash is cleaned up with a brush in time after grinding; the position of the line angle is needed to be corrected horizontally and vertically according to the design requirements when the ink line pops up; the concave line angle is cut into a concave by a slotter, and the thinnest of the concave is not less than 15 convex lines; After the angle is cut according to the design size, the line angle should be brushed together with the interface agent on both sides of the corresponding insulation board, and then coated with the special adhesive to make the adhesion firm. Polymer mortar for undercoat.
4、压入网格布。网格布应按工作面的长宽要求裁剪，并应留出搭接宽度。网格布的裁剪应顺经纬向进行;在门窗等洞口周围网格布翻包，四角均应附加一层网格布加强，整幅网格布应在洞口周边翻包及附加网格布之上;在洞口及网格布翻包部位的挤塑板正面和侧面，均涂抹聚合物砂浆(只允许此处的挤塑板端边抹聚合物砂浆)。将预先甩出的网格布沿板厚翻转，并压入聚合物砂浆中。
4. Press the mesh cloth. The mesh cloth should be tailored according to the length and width requirements of the working face, and the overlap width should be set aside. The cutting of mesh cloth should be carried out along latitudinal and longitudinal directions; a layer of mesh cloth should be added around the entrance of doors and windows to strengthen the four corners of the mesh cloth; the whole mesh cloth should be turned around the entrance of the entrance and on the additional mesh cloth; polymer mortar should be applied on the front and side of the Extrusion board at the entrance and the turning part of the mesh cloth (only polymer mortar is allowed at the end of the Extrusion board here). 5、将整幅网格布沿水平方向绷直绷平，注意将网格布内曲的一面朝里，用抹子由中间向上、下两边将网格布抹平，使其紧贴。网格布水平方向搭接宽度不小于100，垂直方向搭接长度不小于80，搭接处用聚合物砂浆补充底层砂浆的空缺处。
5. Straighten and stretch the whole mesh cloth along the horizontal direction. Pay attention to the inner curved side of the mesh cloth facing inward. Smooth the mesh cloth from the middle to the top and the bottom to make it close. The width of overlap in horizontal direction is not less than 100, and the length of overlap in vertical direction is not less than 80. Polymer mortar is used to fill the vacancy of bottom mortar at the overlap.
