（一） 保温材料进场后，应远离火源。露天存放时，应采用不燃材料完全覆盖。 （二）需要采取防火构造措施的外保温材料，其防火隔离带的施工应与保温材料的施工同步进行。 （三）可燃、难燃保温材料的施工应分区段进行，各区段应保持足够的防火间距，并宜做到边固定保温材料边涂抹防护层。未涂抹防护层的外保温材料高度不应超过3层。 （四）幕墙的支撑构件和空调机等设施的支撑构件，其电焊等工序应在保温材料铺设前进行。确需在保温材料铺设后进行的，应在电焊部位的周围及底部铺设防火毯等防火保护措施。
(1) Thermal insulation materials should be kept away from fire sources after entering the field. When stored in open air, it should be completely covered with non-combustible materials. (2) External thermal insulation materials requiring fire protection structural measures shall be constructed simultaneously with the construction of thermal insulation materials. (3) The construction of flammable and non-flammable heat preservation materials should be carried out in different sections, and sufficient fire prevention spacing should be maintained in each section, and the protective layer should be applied while fixing the heat preservation materials. The height of external insulation material without protective layer should not exceed 3 layers. (4) The welding and other processes of the supporting members of curtain walls and air conditioners shall be carried out before the laying of insulation materials. Fire protection measures such as fire blanket should be laid around and at the bottom of the welded part after laying the insulation material.
（五）不得直接在可燃保温材料上进行防水材料的热熔、热粘结法施工。 （六）施工用照明等高温设备靠近可燃保温材料时，应采取可靠的防火保护措施。 （七）聚氨酯等保温材料进行现场发泡作业时，应避开高温环境。施工工艺、工具及服装等应采取防静电措施。 （八）施工现场应设置室内外临时消火栓系统，并满足施工现场火灾扑救的消防供水要求。
(5) Hot-melt and hot-bond construction of waterproof materials shall not be carried out directly on flammable insulation materials. (6) Reliable fire protection measures should be taken when high temperature equipment such as lighting is used in construction near flammable insulation materials. (7) High temperature environment should be avoided when polyurethane and other thermal insulation materials are used for on-site foaming. Anti-static measures should be taken in construction technology, tools and clothing. (8) Temporary indoor and outdoor fire hydrant systems shall be set up at the construction site to meet the requirements of fire fighting and water supply at the construction site.
（九）外保温工程施工作业工位应配备足够的消防灭火器材。 第十三条 建筑外保温系统的日常使用应符合下列规定：

（一）与外墙和屋顶相贴邻的竖井、凹槽、平台等，不应堆放可燃物。

（二）火源、热源等火灾危险源与外墙、屋顶应保持一定的安全距离，并应加强对火源、热源的管理。
(2) Fire hazards such as fire sources and heat sources should be kept at a safe distance from external walls and roofs, and the management of fire sources and heat sources should be strengthened.
（三）不宜在采用外保温材料的墙面和屋顶上进行焊接、钻孔等施工作业。确需施工作业的，应采取可靠的防火保护措施，并应在施工完成后，及时将裸露的外保温材料进行防护处理。
(3) Welding and drilling shall not be carried out on walls and roofs with external thermal insulation materials. If construction work is really needed, reliable fire protection measures should be taken, and exposed external insulation materials should be treated in time after completion of construction.
（四）电气线路不应穿过可燃外保温材料。确需穿过时，应采取穿管等防火保护措施。
