保温板科普:XPS挤塑保温板生产工艺流程有哪些?
XPS挤塑板生产主要包括加热、降温、恒温三个基本过程,从开机到产品入库,有八个工作流程。具体操作流程标准和要求有如下几条:

1、开机前准备:首先把135和150加热三个小时左右,把135达到:一区170℃、二区180℃、三区190℃、四区200℃、五区200℃、六区195℃、七区195℃、八区195℃、150达到九区165℃、十区165℃、十一区165℃、十二区165℃、十三区165℃、十四区165℃、十五区165℃、十六区165℃;机头达到:十七区160℃、十八区160℃、十九区160℃。盘根部位从加热就用水喷淋降温,以保护盘根。刚加热过程中,如电流达不到要求,预先检查线路及加热片。
1. 2、配料:先把发泡剂加压,达到符合要求,管路畅通,再把模唇加热泵加热至80℃,然后把原料及一切辅料按比例混合均匀,吸入挤出机料斗中,准备完毕、准备开机。
2. Ingredients: First, the foaming agent is pressurized to meet the requirements, the pipeline is unobstructed, and then the mold lip heating pump is heated to 80, then the raw materials and all accessories are mixed evenly in proportion, inhaled into the hopper of the extruder, ready to start.
3、开机:先把150调到10HZ左右,起动150,如电流不高继续起启;如果电流太高或有异响,说明加热还不行,应继续加热,达到开机正常为止。再把135调到10赫兹左右,启动135,和150一样,加热正常为止。150、135全部正常启动后,把135料斗打开二分之一,电流控制在120---80之间,逐步打开料口,料口全部打开以后,电流不升高为正常。再把发泡剂注入泵调至10赫兹打开注入发泡剂,压力达到10KPA左右为正常。如压力表针头不摆动,压力升高,说明不通 ,应该尽快疏通,达到针头摆动为止,135与150电流稳定说明吃料正常。
3. Start-up: first adjust 150 to about 10HZ, start 150, if the current is not high continue to start; if the current is too high or abnormal sound, indicating that heating is not enough, should continue to heat up, to start up until normal. Then tune 135 to 10 Hz, start 135, and 150, heat up normal. 150, 135 after all normal start, 135 hopper open half, the current control between 120 - 80, gradually open the mouth, all open the mouth, the current does not rise to normal. Then the foaming agent is injected into the pump and adjusted to 10 Hertz. The injecting foaming agent is opened and the pressure is about 10KPA. If the pressure gauge needle does not swing, the pressure increases, that is not clear, should be dredged as soon as possible, until the needle swings, 135 and 150 current stability that the normal feeding.
4、提速:先提150再提135。提速过程中发泡剂注入泵相应加速,压力表始终在10KPA左右为宜,并把150 9---16区关掉电源,并喷林降温。逐步降温,包括机头降温要与150同步降温,注意此时降温不宜过快,防止150电流迅速加大。提速135与150要匹配。匹配看135与150电流及压力表,14--16区降至100℃左右时,打开模唇恒温油泵,并把模唇内外清理干净,准备成型。

Matching to see 135 and 150 current and pressure gauge, 14 - 16 area to about 100 degrees C, open the lip constant temperature oil pump, and clean the lip inside and outside the mold, ready for molding.
5、成型:将模唇挤出的板材进入成型机,再进入一级牵引,根据成型尺寸调整成型机的厚度;根据挤出量调整一级牵引的速度,使板材慢慢成型。在这个过程中,调节模唇温度达到板材成型。成型后经过冷却架进入二级牵引准备切割。 6、切割:打开纵向切割,调至所需宽度,由二级牵引进行纵向切割,再把横向切割调至所需长度由记米器控制,再进行横向切割。
5. Forming: The sheet extruded by the die lip is put into the forming machine, and then into the first-stage traction, and the thickness of the forming machine is adjusted according to the forming size; the speed of the first-stage traction is adjusted according to the extrusion quantity, so that the sheet can be formed slowly. During this process, the die lip temperature is adjusted to form the sheet metal. After forming, the cooling rack enters the two stage traction to prepare for cutting. 6. Cutting: Open the vertical cutting, adjust to the required width, by two-stage traction for vertical cutting, and then adjust the horizontal cutting to the required length by meter control, and then transverse cutting.
7、压花与拉毛:根据客户要求,压花由二级牵引完成,打毛由拉毛机完成。 8、成品验收入库。
7. Embossing and wool drawing: According to customer requirements, embossing is completed by two-stage traction, wool beating is completed by wool drawing machine. 8, finished product acceptance and warehousing.
