近几年来,挤塑成型的聚苯乙烯板在世界范围内得到广泛应用,这种新材料内部为闭孔结构,具有优异和持久不变的保温性能、极强的憎水阻止水蒸汽渗透的能力、相当高的抗压强度、加工容易、便于安装等特点,是目前世界上公认的适用于倒置屋面的理想保温材料。挤塑聚苯乙烯的吸水率要比发泡聚苯乙烯要小10倍左右,且比泡沫玻璃还要低。试验还表明,该材料浸水之后仅在最初阶段能吸入少量水份,随后就不再吸水,这一性质使它具有极佳的保温性能且持久不变,这一特点对于倒置保温屋面至关重要。此外,挤塑聚苯乙烯的水蒸汽渗透性能要比发泡聚苯乙烯小2~4倍,因此,这种保温材料既能阻止雨水的浸入又能防止湿气渗透,从而避免了在材料内部因冷凝而积水,这是绝大多数保温材料望尘莫及的。
In recent years, extruded polystyrene boards have been widely used in the world. This new material is a closed structure with excellent and persistent insulation properties, strong water repellent ability to prevent water vapor infiltration, high compressive strength, easy processing, easy installation and so on. It is the present world. It is generally accepted as ideal thermal insulation material for inverted roofing. The water absorption of extruded polystyrene is about 10 times smaller than that of expanded polystyrene and lower than that of foam glass. The test also shows that the material can inhale only a small amount of water in the initial stage and then no longer absorb water. This property makes it excellent in thermal insulation performance and persists, which is very important for the inverted thermal insulation roof. In addition, the water vapor permeability of the extruded polystyrene is 2~4 times smaller than that of the foamed polystyrene. Therefore, this thermal insulation material can prevent the immersion of the rainwater and prevent the infiltration of moisture, thus avoiding the accumulation of water inside the material because of condensation. This is the overwhelming majority of thermal insulation.
我国政府的能源方针是"开发和节约并重",把节约放在首位。节约能源依然是中国能源工业的战略要点。1986年建设部颁布了《民用建筑节能设计标准》,其后又将标准的指标进一步提高。在实施建筑节能标准以前,我国历年建造住宅面积累积近80亿平方米。从2000年起,对采暖区热环境差或能耗大的原有建筑的节能改造工作已经开始。2005年重点城镇开始成片进行建筑热环境及节能改造。而XPS由于具有低导热系数、质轻、高强、防水、防渗、便于施工等优异性能,所以在节能住宅中极具吸引力。
