挤塑保温板，即挤塑聚苯乙烯保温板，是一种以聚苯乙烯树脂为原材，加入其它聚合物后，经加热挤塑形成的一种发泡硬质塑料板。板内形成许多具有封闭性的气泡结构，有承压力强、防水性能好、耐化学腐蚀和较强的抗老化能力的特点，被广泛应用在建筑物保温和潮湿环境的防水防潮中。挤塑保温板在我国真正具有实际意义的发展时间，不过是10年左右。但是近几年来，通过各生产企业的大力推广，已经逐步得到了广大建筑行业业内人士的认可，在国内各主要经济区域中有了较大的覆盖范围。在可见的未来，这一块的市场仍将持续增长，国内的生产能力仍然有提高的空间。
