挤塑板(XPS)是通过加热挤塑而制成的硬质泡沫材料。相对于EPS，XPS具有强度较高、导热系数较小、隔汽性能较好、吸水性低等优点。30mm厚的XPS保温板，其效果相当于50mm厚EPS聚苯板，120mm厚水泥珍珠岩。挤塑板XPS的性能优于EPS聚苯板，但价格也高出1倍以上,其施工工艺与EPS聚苯板基本相同。
