XPS挤塑板质量标准主要体现在两个方面，一个是主控项目，一个是在一般项目的标准。
The quality standard of XPS Extrusion board is mainly embodied in two aspects, one is the main control project, and the other is the standard of the general project.
1、主控项目
1. Main control project
（1）网格布的规格和各项技术指标，粘结剂、聚合物砂浆的配置及其原料的质量，必须符合有关标准和正常使用要求。
(1) the specifications and technical specifications of the grid cloth, the configuration of the binder, the polymer mortar and the quality of the raw materials must meet the relevant standards and the requirements for normal operation.
（2）XPS挤塑板必须与墙面粘结牢固，无松动和虚粘现象。
(2) the XPS Extrusion board must be firmly bonded to the wall, and there is no loose and virtual sticky phenomenon.
（3）聚合物水泥砂浆与挤塑板必须粘结牢固，无脱层、空鼓，面层无爆灰和裂缝。
(3) the polymer cement mortar and extruded plate must be firmly bonded, no delamination, hollowing, cracks and surface non explosive ash.
2、一般项目
2. General project
（1）每块挤塑板与墙面的总粘结面积，首层不得小于60%，其他层不得小于30%。
(1) the total bonding area of each block of extruded plate and wall shall not be less than 60% in the first layer and no less than 30% in the other layers.
（2）聚乙烯胀塞全部进入结构墙体。
(2) all the polyethylene bulge into the structure wall.
（3）挤塑板碰头不抹粘结剂。
(3) the extruding board does not touch the binder.
